The classic holiday album A Christmas Gift for You from Phil Spector has reached a new peak on the Billboard 200 albums chart, hitting #12 for the week ending January 5, 2023 based mainly on streaming.
The album, originally released in 1963, includes favorites like “Frosty The Snowman,” “Sleigh Ride” and “I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus” by The Ronettes, “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town” by The Crystals, and “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” and “Marshmallow World” by Darlene Love.
